Our Flow meter, flow sensor  is a liquid flow detection element, using the Hall magnetic induction principle. The liquid flow thrust makes the internal magnetic rotor rotate, and the Hall detects the rotor magnetic field switch to output high and low level pulse signals;
 
1. Usage conditions: mainly tap water, divided into high-temperature type (≤100°C) and normal temperature type (≤60°C);
2. In order to prevent particles and debris from entering the sensor, a filter screen must be installed at the water inlet of the sensor;
3. The installation of the water flow sensor should be inside the equipment or indoors. Do not expose it to outdoor or humid and high-temperature harsh environments for a long time. The installation of the water flow sensor must avoid environments with vibration and shaking to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy of the sensor;
4. When magnetic materials or materials that generate magnetic force on the sensor are close to the sensor, its characteristics may change;
5. The switch function generally adopts the instantaneous frequency method, and the measurement generally adopts the cumulative pulse count method;

How does it work?

Based on the Hall magnetic induction principle, when water flows through the sensor, the internal impeller rotates with the water flow. The magnet on the impeller triggers the Hall element to generate an electrical signal, and the signal frequency is proportional to the water flow speed. After receiving the signal, the controller converts it into flow data, displaying the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow in real-time. This enables precise monitoring of water flow rate and usage. For example, in a water purifier, it can control the water output and judge the service life of the filter element according to the flow, realizing intelligent control.

Quality Control

The flowmeter collects real-time data signals such as water flow velocity and volume through its built-in high-precision sensor, then converts these signals into electrical signals and transmits them to the controller.
